Orix is capable of delivering any type of plastic or aluminium die casting component in the most efficient and systematic manner not only for product development and manufacturing dies but also for maintenance, repair and supply of spare parts. Each work is done responsibly in a collective effort of a team of good engineers and tool makers. We are capable of producing high quality tool keeping international standards. Our tools incorporate complete machining, assembly and polishing operations. We are keeping quality con- trol at all the stages of manufacturing.

Design

Orix's pursuit for excellence begins right at the design stage. The team of well experienced design engineers use the latest CAD/CAM softwares like creo, uni graphic etc to design complex 3D profile. We ensure cavity to cavity and mould to mould interchangeability of our insert.

Manufacturing

Orix believes in the selection of high quality materials and right processes to achieve the optimal result. We have a 800VL 3 axis stm CNC machine and all the conventional machines for the tool room.

Quality

All the processes are proven and well controlled, and the parts are monitored at various inspection stages on a continuous basis with the support of highly sophisticated measurement and inspection equipment. We are able to measure a high degree of accuracy in both steel and final product.
